Annual Fund Drive Team Leader

A strong leader who, in consultation with GTS, recruits and works with a team to create and execute a plan for the Annual Fund Drive.  The leader and team will identity a new theme, build on the successes of previous fund drives and look for opportunities to innovate in order to deliver a successful Annual Fund Drive. 

Detailed Description: 
The team you will lead will be responsible for an activity that appeals to them. The team begins in November and ends its responsibilities in March. Periodic face-to-face meetings will be scheduled at the convenience of the team members and some virtual meetings to reduce time expended. Service Term: 6 months, starting in November to April

Serve the church in a very significant way by helping the congregation to talk openly and optimistically about money and the importance of church pledging. This experience will be an exercise that can strengthen your creative thinking and team collaboration skills to achieve the goal of a successful, transparent and inclusive Annual Fund Drive.

Skills Needed: 
We are looking for creative individuals to design a Fund Drive that will be exciting, motivating and fun.
Training, assistance, and safety requirements: 
Several veteran members of the Fund Drive team will be involved this year to help newcomers assimilate successfully into the process. 70% of the fund drive is documented with 30% being unique for this drive.
