Reflections on the Serenity Prayer
Reverend Ed’s sermon this Sunday, May 26 is on the Serenity Prayer. The Serenity Prayer has been used and appreciated by millions of people all over the world for decades – by people of faith as well as by people of no faith. The Serenity Prayer is a gem of succinct folk wisdom encouraging us to focus on what we can do, let go of what is beyond our control, and try to discern the difference. In addition to exploring the wisdom of the Serenity Prayer, we will take time to honor those who have served our country on this Memorial Day weekend.
