The time between settled ministers is a time of transition. Some people find change unsettling, but our congregation has been provided with a great opportunity. The Transition Team will help our interim minister, Rev. Roger, get to know our congregation. The Transition Team will work with him as he guides us through a process of self-discovery. We will examine who we are as a congregation and who we want to be in the future. This will help prepare us to welcome our next settled minister as a vibrant congregation with a clear identity.

During this interim period, we will take steps to start implementing our vision for the future. Along the way, the Board and Growth Through Service will nominate members for our search committee, but it will be the congregation that elects the search team. The information gleaned during this process will inform the search team, providing guidance as they begin the quest for a settled minister.
