Memories of UUCDC congregants and friends who have passed are preserved in our Memorial Garden. 

Any empty space there without a granite stone or a “Reserved” sign is available for purchase. To reserve a plot, please fill out this contract and review the rules of the Memorial Garden. All plots are approximately one foot by one foot and are marked with a granite stone topped with a bronze plaque. 

The cost per plot is $500 and a bronze plaque is $300. The easiest way to pay is online through Breeze. Select “Memorial Garden Plot/Plaque” from the fund list. If you prefer to pay by check, please be sure to write Memorial Garden in the memo.
