Take a zoom workshop bridging the gap between awareness of privilege, racism and action on October 16, 2021. Ask the questions: How do I have deeper, more meaningful conversations around difference? What do I do about racial differences? How to engage people of color in deeper conversation without offense? How do I put the 8th principle into action. Participants will gain an understanding of barriers in difficult conversations about race, and the experiences of people with marginalized identities. Participants will practice ways of engaging individuals and groups in deeper and more meaningful conversations about differences.
