The Practice of Inclusion
This month’s Soul Matters theme is the practice of inclusion. This theme provokes some questions.
Who might we be excluding without being aware of doing so? How might our assumptions about ‘who we are’ undercut greater inclusivity? How can we be more intentional about inclusivity? To survive and thrive in this new age we are entering, we need to embrace all who might be potentially able to embrace us. Sunday Reverend Ed will tell a story about a church that went through a substantial process of significantly increasing its inclusivity and share with you the lessons it provides.
In-person worship services are held in the Sanctuary at 9:30am and 11:15am. The 9:30 service is also available via Zoom with an online order of service. All are welcome.
