Special Music Service
Find Your Bliss. In an increasingly stressful world, it has become essential to ‘center ourselves’, to access an inner peace or maintain an element of serenity in order to meet our daily challenges. We are proposing that renewing one’s sense of wonder, delighting in nature, seeking solace in natural surroundings, exploring one’s faith, and watching children grow, are life-affirming practices. This Sunday, March 30 at the 9:30 or 11:15 service, we will offer these scenarios in song and even suggest that music in itself has the power to evoke a blissful state. Participating in the service are the UUCDC Senior Choir, directed by Bob Rowland and accompanied by Joy Thiessen. Featured as well are Gabby Sacks and Jeff LaBonde.
Coffee and good conversation will be available between the services. The first service will be recorded by our Audio Visual Team and posted on the UUCDC website.
In-person worship services are held in the Sanctuary at 9:30am and 11:15am. The 9:30 service is also available via Zoom with an online order of service. All are welcome.
