Winter Congregational Business Meeting & Listening Sessions

Winter Congregational Business Meeting & Listening Sessions
The new year is off to a great start at UUCDC, and we invite you to take part in upcoming opportunities to connect, share, and help shape our community.
Winter Congregational Business Meeting
Sunday, February 1, 2026
6:00 PM | In person & on Zoom
Those attending in person are invited to a potluck dinner at 5:00 PM before the meeting. The meeting agenda and recent minutes will be shared later this month. And yes—this year we finally avoided the NFC Championship game. February 1 is a bye week!
How Can UUCDC Serve You?
The Board of Trustees is hosting a series of informal 30-minute listening sessions to hear directly from you about what matters most and how UUCDC can best serve our congregation.
These sessions will take place between services in the Youth/Family Room, starting January 11 and continuing every other Sunday. While each session has a suggested audience, all are welcome to attend whichever session is most convenient.
You may want to reflect on questions such as:
- Why do you attend UUCDC?
- Is there something UUCDC should be doing that we are not?
- Is there a different question we should be asking?
Listening Session Schedule
- January 11 (10:30 AM & 12:30 PM): Older Members
- January 25 (10:30 AM): Team & Committee Leadership
- February 8 (10:30 AM): Newer Members & Visitors
- February 22 (10:30 AM): RE Families
- March 8 (10:30 AM): All are invited
We will continue offering sessions as long as there is interest. A Zoom-based listening session for those who regularly attend online is also planned; details will be shared soon.
Your voice matters, and we truly look forward to listening.
Warmly,
Marylin Huff
Board President
On behalf of the Board of the Unitarian Universalists of Delaware County (UUCDC)
