Annual Ingathering Service

Come one and come all to the great and wonderful annual Ingathering Service this Sunday, September 8 at 10:00 a.m. Our Director of Faith Formation Chrissy, and our minister Reverend Ed Brock will lead the congregation in this great annual tradition. Please remember to bring a stone from any location you traveled to this summer (or bring a rock from your yard) for one of our rituals during the service. We will use the stones brought to the service to replenish the collection of rocks we use in the Joys and Sorrows ritual we do each Sunday. We will also offer up a special blessing to those volunteers who serve us on Sunday mornings. Whether you’ve been at UUCDC for 40 years or 4 years or 4 minutes, let us enter into this new church year with hope, with enthusiasm, and with love at the center! After the service, everyone is invited to join us for a picnic lunch provided by our UUCDC Board.
