Covenant with Our Congregation

As the Ministerial Search Committee representing our congregation, we covenant:

• To serve our congregation to the best of our ability, realizing, both as a group and individually, that we represent the face of our congregation and community in the ministerial search process,
• To understand the need for fairness and confidentiality throughout the search process, and
• To honor our congregation with forthright honesty, care, compassion, and respect.

At the end of this undertaking, we will strive to bring before our congregation the ministerial candidate best suited for UUCDC.
