Adults are invited to explore their personal faith and learn something new through our Adult Faith Formation Classes.

Courses are added throughout the year, so please check back regularly and pay attention to the Connections e-newsletter for the latest updates. 

We are always looking for volunteers to teach or facilitate faith formation classes. Please let Chrissy know if you’re interested in this.

Soul Matters

Want to connect with others while exploring our monthly themes? Soul Matters small groups provide an opportunity for personal growth, learning, and fun in community. 

Groups form in October and February.  Fill out the Soul Matters registration to get connected with a group.

Starting Point

Wondering what Unitarian Universalism is all about? Been a UU for a while but want to connect in new ways?  Starting point is for you. This brief small-group class is all about connecting in community.

UU Elevator Speech

Have you ever panicked when someone asks you “what’s a Unitarian Universalist.” How can you answer that question in a brief but meaningful way?  UU Elevator Speech is a 3-session series that seeks to help you articulate your UU faith.

Dream Work

Set a New Year’s INTENTION to give your ATTENTION to the nightly show that your dreams bring while you sleep.
This introduction to working with dreams will give you some background information on the study of dreams, as well as some tools for exploring symbol and meaning.
Facilitator Helen Stegall has been doing dreamwork for 30+ years and recently trained with Haden Institute in Ashville, NC as a dream group leader.
