The Share the Plate recipient for May is the Chester Community Coalition, which provides trauma-informed support services to families directly affected by violence  in Chester and Delaware Counties. They offer case management, and training services through a diverse, culturally competent, well-trained, and dedicated team, with a commitment to client-centered care and community-informed decision making. Share the Plate includes the plate collection on the second Sunday and any funds sent via text: $20 STP to 610-756-8883 for a $20 donation.
