On May 7, PA Advocacy Day, the UUJusticePA Gun Violence Prevention Team partnered with CeaseFirePa, sending 25 UUs among 600 others from 50 partner organizations to lobby our legislators in support of anti-gun violence bills. Passionate leaders at the rally asked for common sense gun legislation. Sayre Dixon, Ruth Hendry, Marva Williams, Ann Seidman, Mary and Bill Clinton attended. The bills failed by one vote in the State House. Though disappointed with the outcome, we invite you to join us in our continued work.
